4 Berry Smoothie

1 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries & Blackberries (combined)
1 TBSP Honey
1 TBSP FiberSure
1 TBSP Vanilla Protein Powder

Combine in blender. Blend until smooth. Add extra milk while blending if necessary. This will serve 2.
